Perušinović

Marija advises local and foreign clients on various matters in the areas of corporate, commercial law, labor, and energy law.

Her daily work includes participation in due diligence procedures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), other corporate changes, including the incorporation of legal entities.

Marija also advises clients on various regulatory issues, legal compliance assessments and intellectual property matters.

During her studies, she gained additional experience at the University of Rotterdam and at the London School of Economics – University of Cape Town Summer School.

Marija is fluent in Croatian and English.
