Luka is a partner at PLK Advokati Law Firm. Luka specializes in corporate law, labor law, real estate law, and dispute resolution. Luka advises local and international clients in matters of corporate governance, compliance with local legislation, and regulatory issues related to various law industries. His practice also covers corporate energy projects related to the development of new energy facilities and projects with reference to renewable energy sources. Prior to founding PLK advokati, Luka practiced and gained experience at some of the prominent law firms in the region.

Luka is a graduate of the University of Montenegro, Faculty of Law.

Luka is fluent in Montenegrin, English, Serbian, Croatian, and Russian.
